Hi, I’m ang and here’s a bit about me
I’m Angelika, but you can call me Ang. I’m a perfectly imperfect person who, like most of us, has faced life’s ups and downs.
I’m a storyteller, coach, and fierce advocate for women who are ready to stop shrinking and start reclaiming their worth. But that calling didn’t come from a book—it came from lived experience. I was in a marriage that looked fine from the outside but was quietly eroding my spirit. It was emotionally, mentally, and physically abusive. Like many women, I stayed longer than I should have—because I thought maybe I was the problem. When I finally left, I didn’t just lose a relationship—I lost myself. I lost friendships I thought were forever. People didn’t understand. Some judged. Some just disappeared. I blamed myself and carried the weight of it all, convinced I had ruined everything.
But I’ve learned that a perceived failure can become a catalyst for profound reinvention—and that’s exactly what mine became. I began the sacred work of coming home to myself. Not through perfection, but through grace, softness, and truth. Through rewriting the story I had been living in. And if there’s one thing I now know with my whole heart, it’s this: no matter what you’ve been through—or what you’ve done—you are still worthy. Your mistakes don’t define you. They shape you, yes, but they don’t get to own your future. You can let go of the shame. You can release the guilt. You can turn your suffering into strength, your pain into power. You can rewrite your story. That’s the work I do now—holding space for the woman who’s exhausted from holding it all together, who’s done pretending to be okay, who’s ready to feel seen—not in spite of her past, but because of how beautifully she’s grown through it. You’re not broken. You’re unfolding. And I’d be honored to walk beside you.
My Approach
This isn’t just something I teach—it’s something I’ve lived.
I know what it’s like to feel stuck in patterns you don’t understand.
To carry shame that doesn’t belong to you.
To lose yourself in relationships, roles, and stories that no longer serve you.
I’ve been there—truly. I’ve hit rock bottom.
And I’ve rebuilt my life piece by piece.
Through deep emotional work, nervous system healing, and self-worth reinvention, I transformed my life from the inside out. And what I’ve found on the other side is a peace I never thought I could feel.
It’s the kind of peace I wish for every woman.
My approach is rooted in compassion, truth, and emotional safety. I won’t push you to perform or pretend. I’ll walk beside you as you untangle the beliefs, patterns, and pain that have kept you small—and guide you back to the truth of who you are.
We’ll meet weekly for deeply personal, transformational sessions. I’ll give you tools, reflections, and support—but more than anything, I’ll hold space for your becoming.
This isn’t about fixing you. You were never broken.
It’s about helping you come home to yourself—with grace, clarity, and power.
