You Are the Creator of Your Life

I know you’ve heard it before: “You create your own reality.”
But I need you to really hear me when I say this because what I’m about to say is going to trigger some people.

Nothing just happens to you.

There is no “good” or “bad.” There aren’t random ups and downs or things that just fall into your life by accident.

You create and attract everything through the way you think about yourself, the way you see yourself, and the way you behave.

Yes, even the toxic relationship.
Even the narcissist.
Even the abuse.

Let me be crystal clear. I am not saying any of it is okay.
And I am not dismissing anyone’s pain.

I say this as someone who lived through horrific abuse.
I have been thrown into walls.
I’ve had panic attacks in my kitchen, shaking and terrified.

I know how it feels to be powerless.
I know how it feels to be a victim.

But I’m not a victim anymore because I finally understood the truth.

I attracted that life because of what I believed about myself.
I called in the worst people because I thought I deserved the bare minimum or worse, nothing at all.

How We Give Away Our Power

Society loves to hand us labels.
I am anxious.
I am depressed.
I am unlovable.

We start to carry these around like they are who we are. Like they’re tattooed on our soul.

But here’s the truth. You are not your labels.
You are experiencing something but you are not it.

The moment you make it your identity, you give away your power.
Because you cannot escape something you think you are.

The second you shift to…
“I am experiencing sadness.”
“I am experiencing fear.”

…you take your power back. Because an experience is temporary. Identity is prison.

Everything is For You

Here’s the part that changed my life.
I stopped asking, “Why is this happening to me?”
And started asking, “What is this trying to teach me? What is this showing me about myself?”

The truth is life is always showing you where you need to wake up.
And until you learn the lesson, you will keep attracting the same shit over and over again.

I went through hell.
It broke me open.
And it also woke me up.

Because I did the work.
I changed my mindset.
I decided I was done being the victim of my own life.

And when you make that decision, everything changes.

Reclaim Your Power

Let go of the labels.
Let go of the story.
Let go of the idea that life is just happening to you.

You are the creator.
You are sovereign over your life.
And the moment you start seeing yourself as powerful and worthy, life starts reflecting that back.

Yes, you have pain.
Yes, you went through hell.

But are you going to let it control your life?
Or are you going to use it as fuel to create the life you actually want, one that is full of joy, freedom, and purpose?

The choice is yours.
